Overview
Led the development of a prototype "canned satellite" for capturing and transmitting physical measurements.
The CanSat program is an international educational initiative where teams design a satellite the size of a soda can,
launched to an altitude of approximately 1 km by a rocket or drone. The satellite descends via parachute while
transmitting telemetry data to a ground station in real time.
Key Achievements
- Led the hardware and software integration for the full satellite prototype.
- Designed and implemented real-time data visualization and analysis systems for sensor telemetry.
- Integrated multiple physical sensors for capturing environmental measurements during flight.
- Secured 22nd place out of 101 teams in the national CanSat tournament.
- Solidified skills in interdisciplinary project leadership, combining embedded systems, physics, and software engineering.
